Before consumers assume any obligation they will be presented, in writing, with the exact rates, fees, and other details of their car title loan as required by federal and state Law. 

Submitting your inquiry on this website incurs absolutely no obligation. Based on the inquiry you submit, a Southwest Title Loans, Inc customer service representative will call you to discuss your title loan needs.

As noted above, federal and state law requires disclosures about the terms and cost of consumer credit. All rate and fee information will be disclosed to you by Southwest Title Loans, Inc at the location before you sign any agreement. Please review all the rate information provided to you by our customer service representative thoroughly and completely before signing any agreement. You are under no obligation to accept the terms provided by Southwest Title Loans, Inc

Should an unexpected emergency arise which prevents you from making a payment persuant to the terms of your agreement, representatives at Southwest Title Loans, Inc are trained to work with you to bring your account back into good standing. Your vehicle will be pledged to Southwest Title Loans, Inc as collateral. If you fail to make a payment pursuant to the terms of your agreement, your vehicle may be repossessed and sold. Additional charges may also apply. 

Refinances are permitted. Check your agreement for all terms and conditions.

There exists a common misconception that a poor credit history may result in a higher interest rate for title loans. With Southwest Title Loans, Inc your credit score does not affect the interest rate, fees or charges determined for a title loans. 

Southwest Title Loans, Inc undertakes all collection activity in strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Fair Debt collection Practices Act enforced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other Federal Agencies. Southwest Title Loans, Inc follows all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Applicable provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibit the following:
  • Contacting consumers by telephone before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
  • Contacting consumers by phone with the intent to annoy, harass, etc., or using abusive language at anytime.
  • Collecting debt through deception or misrepresentation.
  • Threatening legal recourse when no legal action is intended.

Non-Discrimination Policy: In accordance with federal law, this institution prohibits and does not tolerate discrimination towards applicants, prospective applicants, individuals with whom an applicant is affiliated, or customers on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, public-assistance status, exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, or other protected classification. This policy applies throughout the loan process, from prequalification to application, underwriting, closing, funding and servicing. Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, the date and time, and content of your messages. Data we provide to you may include account information, payment amount or due dates, and other information personal to you. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access on your cellular device. Downloadable content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, type STOP in the reply text you send us or, if available, access any opt-out link at the bottom of the text message. Your stop request will become effective within one day.
